Completely Disgusting Webafrica Service

My Experience with Webafrica has been shocking, at first to get the deal everything was fast and efficient, now that we have our Fibre installed and we have the Modem Webafrica has a non existing customer service, blaming Vumatel for not giving them the IP address for them to activate the Fibre. I will never recommend Webafrica to anyone EVER!!!!

They have no sense of urgency. unfortunatly for them they will have to pay the Fibre installation fee with Vumatel as we will now be cancelling any agreement that we made with Webafrica.
