Complete JOKE!!!

I have been trying to cancel my service for 3 weeks now due to poor customer service. I have been put on hold a minimum of 15 times and waited 30 mins without being connected to an agent each time. Whatsapp support is completely *********** and unable to process a simple request. What a joke WebAfrica is!!! I cant move over to a new ISP without cancelling with these fools first. Com
