Complete disregard for clients

Haven’t had internet connection in over 24 hours! This is the second time in a few months that this has happened to me. The last time, I was without internet for 5 days!! I work from home and I’m paying for a line that’s not consistently on, I can’t express how upsetting this is!! FAULT ***

Now I have to pay data to hot spot so I can work which is an additional cost on top of the service being paid for!! Fix this by midday!!!
