COMPLAINT WAS NEVER RESOLVED DESPITE REPEATED COMPLAINTS

I have lodged a complaint on 22 October 2022 regarding my network connection that was down. The complaint was sent via Whatsapp at 2.24 pm. By 6.10pm my complaint was still unresolved and no one had yet attended to it. The customer services of Webafrica are extremely poor. I advise any customer not to use Webafrica for any services
