I've been experiencing an internet outage since Wednesday, and despite daily calls to Web Africa, the issue remains unresolved. My router's LOS light is red, indicating a problem.

I've spoken to multiple consultants who suggested restarting my router, which I've done. However, I believe my router is faulty. Web Africa promised to send a technician, but no one has arrived or contacted me.

I've also contacted Vumatel, who claims there's no issue with my fibre line, stating it's active on their end. As a result, I'm left without internet, paying for a service I'm not receiving.

I'm extremely frustrated and angry with both Web Africa and Vumatel for their inability to resolve this issue. I demand a prompt resolution and compensation for the inconvenience caused.
