Complaint Regarding Internet Service

Im disheartened by Webafrica and Vumatel people….for 6 days now without internet connection…..they have been sending me from pillar to post basically making a fool of me shifting responsibility to the other... The last consultant I spoke to (30/11/2025) from Webafrica kept on making empty promises just like all the other consultants I've spoken to every single day since this nightmare befell me. After speaking to her and same as the others I receive stupid sms's stating that the issue has been resolved.... The issue has NOT been resolved!!!
