Extremely bad service, I had no connection since 17 July 2024 till the date I canceled effective immediately on the 7th August 2024. I'm struggling to get my downtime refund from 17 to 31 July 2024 and my R399 that was deducted in August for NO services provided. What's going on? You were the best in your time but now gone bad to worst. Kayakazi July ***
