Complaint on appalling customer service

I paid my subscription on the 30th of June using the gateway Web Africa sent me on my WhatsApp.

Their message says you will be connected within 30mins. I have gone through 2 days of calling, speaking a bot and communicatng on LinkedIn but till now. No Connection.

They confirmed receipt of my payment and have even updated my profile that shows that the paymwb
