Complaint.

I took a router with a 40G ,Monthly payment of R369.00.I took it onthe 26 February,onthe 31 March the Bill was R2665.00 .Is this really guys ?where does these thousands come from?I phoned several times a lady tried to assist me but she also doesn't know why it shows 2665 .So its difficult for me to pay on line becouse the amount is not right. While im waiting for them yo rectify their mistake i must just keep on buying data.I sent several emails i havent recieved an answer.Getting in touch with them over the phone its not easy. If you finally manage yo get hold of Webafrica the call just cut before you explain your problem. Webafrica pls try and makes your client happy ,This Services that you giving the client it is not on.
