Complaint about web Africa

Poor service from Web Africa,

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I have received regarding my Wi-Fi installation. Despite signing a contract on April 18th, I have been waiting for over four weeks for the installation to be completed.

Every day, I have been given different stories and excuses by your representatives, and I have been sent from one person to another without any resolution. The initial promise was that the installation would be done within 2-3 working days, but this has not been fulfilled.

I have paid the joining fees and have been following up consistently, only to be met with unfulfilled promises and poor communication. The lack of service and transparency from your company is unacceptable.

I request that you take immediate action to resolve this issue and install my Wi-Fi as soon as possible. I also expect a formal explanation for the delays and poor service I have experienced.
