Complaint

At the close of January 2024, I submitted a letter to WebAfrica requesting the termination of my fiber internet service effective at the end of February 2024 due to relocation. In March, I returned the router to the address provided by WebAfrica in Centurion, Gauteng. However, I have noticed that for the second consecutive month, WebAfrica has deducted the monthly service fees. Despite sending them a letter in March 2024, my communication seems to have been disregarded.
