Complaint

My sister referred me to web Africa for the wifi, I paid the monthly contribution and they did connection yesterday, the lights had been flashing the whole time and I've been trying to connect since the guys finished the connection and I'm still not connecting, I've been chatting with them on what's app with no luck and I'm so frustrated right now, they need to change their what's app as it's not working, I'm still waiting for someone to help me and now I'm angry.
