Complaining

They deserve every bad review because they are the worst and that’s who they are I’m so fraustrated,they deducted money from my account yet they haven’t come to install the fibre up to this day and it’s been one month already every day I chat to their agent their agent all they do is to lie that today you will receive a call about coming to do your installation they are the worst I don’t recommend them even to my dog the stress the fraustration is just too much you wil have to chase after them every day of your life if you call them directly they won’t even pick you their customer service is very awkward I regret and curse the day I joined their useless network
