Complain

Webafrica they give me problem they gave me wrong reference number to pay as I was asking them to do account for me as I'm new...I paid as I pay for someone so is take time for them to rectify their mistake as they said I will wait for vuma install to call me from Tuesday till now...as they said I paid for some one¹ not my new account so I'm disappointed as I want internet as soon as possible.....I'm not happy I want my money from Webafrica....

How can they give me wrong reference number as I'm new and my internet not active
