complain about the service

The WEBAFRICA , serive is very very poor , they delivered the router but they want me to set it up myself. of which ive been having a problem. trying to contact their whatsapp line no luck and on the website chats nothing, calling them it takes you to ordering new services not the queries line. its been more than 4 days since they delivered the router but no assistance at all.
