Company not run well, always unsatisfied customers

Very disappointing!! Over 4 days not one person could give me answers(apparently no one knows anything). They cant even see a problem from their side so this tells me they ether have a useless system and bad business strategies to not even see a problem many are facing.after endless calls i am told if they send out a person i will have to pay if they don't see a problem. I would not be wasting my time calling in 4 days in a row if there wasn't a problem. Useless and not worth it so i won't be surprised if many start cancelling. Poor running of a company very sad can't keep their customers.
