************* company, False adverti*****t, Does not refund

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. I placed a order with Web africa for a fibre package late last year and after a lot of delays and un answered queries they finally told me in a round about way that they can't help me but the best part is that you have to make payment upfront for them to even consider assisting you. Bigest mistake I made as I requested a refund 3 December 2024 and I am still waiting 3 months later for the money to be refunded after being told it will take 2 weeks.

I just want to share this in the hopes that no one else gets de*****ed and ****** like this. Really unbelievable that they are still in business.
