**** company

I have never received such TERRIBLE SERVICE from a company in my life. Today i have been transferred from 1 agent to another, I have spoken to 4 different agents in 2 hours cos they do not know what they are doing. I'm beginning to feel like I'm being pranked because there is no way that there is a company that provides such a terrible service. It looks like this company does no have TCF training. Is this company even operating legally in SA? Zoliswa Ndlovu promised to process my request, Mpho M could not see that request, she transferred me to Lebogang who did not even attempt to assist he just transferred me to Amanda C who also made no attempt to assist and transferred me to Milton M. I'm a paying customer requesting assistance!!!!!!!!!!!!
