communication sucks

my experience has been horrible so far, they took forever to deliver my router even after delivery i waited very long for installation. their communication sucks! the agents are rude and impatient immediately after i tell them why i called they cut the call this happened to me so many time. i was told that i will pay 450 at the end of each month after paying the 250 delivery fee and today im being charged for 2moths without my knowledge.
