Communication station

Hi have been a loyal client for web africa for a long time. I have to say that the whatsapp service it provides on the website really suck. Example: I was contacted by a service provider of Webafrica that they will come and fit my fibre yesterday. I especially took 1/2 day leave for the installation. At the end no one pitch. I cannot contact web africa with the issue as the whatapp communication option does not have any option for non installation. O and if you call the call centre the waiting time is 1 and a half hour. So no joy with the latest commnication
