Communication is terrible

I was supposed to have two months free, on Monday the 1 June money was deducted from my bank account which I gave no authorization for , I've tried every possible way to get hold of Webafrica, email, whatsapp and even called just to be put on hold and not getting through to anyone I have received no replies and I'm very upset.
