Communication From Webafrica Seriously Shabby.

This business wants to deal with everyone online which is ok but their responses are not real time, if you have ordered something, you pay and then you are on your own until you begin to chase them. Their intention of course good but their communication systems so shabby. Its now two weeks I ordered a wireless router waiting for a link to upload POR and POI. Still waiting if you dont have time dont touch them. The process so frustrating and cumbersome.
