Clueless about own product

<p>Was contemplating moving from Mweb to Weafrica because of bad service but after speaking to 2 sales people not sure if i should. looks like all ISP are following SA trend of disgusting service. I left a query on their website and 2 days later still no one hase contacted me, i eventually called in and still cannot answer my simple question "what do i get for my money". come on webafrica give your people training in your products. WHY should i cahnge?????</p>
