I wanted to place a order on Tuesday, I was on WhatsApp chat for the whole day, transferred from pillar to post I kept repeating myself and the agents kept transferring me.

I ended up creating 4 orders and no easy pay nr. When I finally got a easy pay nr it didn't work. Again I went through the Chaat on Wednesday where I received the same horrible experience.

I am 8 and a half months pregnant, due to all this stress and them making me stand in a queue at boxer for 4 hours , I started getting pre labour pains. The frustrating part is I had no choice but to go through another company who now wants to bill me more than what I was going to pay.

WEBAFRICA needs to be closed down as a isp because all they do is frustrate clients and ruin our life's.
