Claw Back On Router.

Claw back fee on router I just saw on invoice after I cancelled that I have to pay a claw back fee on the router. This was never stated on any documentation and neither on your terms and conditions. I have sent back my router with its box to your Sandton branch , ON TIME. is this a hidden agenda behind web Africa ? When I subscribed to your service it said , free router and I never signed any contractual agreement with web Africa. please rectify this. Stop *****ing from the public. This is false advertising and thievery.
