CLAIMS TO BE THE BEST BUT THE TOTAL OPPOSITE !!!!

I made a payment on the 7th of October and up until then I haven't received any calls with regards to my Fibre installation. I was told that no payment was received but sent them proof of many occasions. I've dealt with GHOWA one of their consultants whom assisted me, She ignores my emails and when I call she hangs up, so what's the point of her being employed there? Consultants advises me that managers will call, yet no calls received. It's the 29/10 today! WEB AFRICA'S SERVICE IS BAD AND SERVICE IS PATHETIC. ADVERTISING ALL OVER THE WORLD THAT THEY THE BEST WHICH IS NOT THE CASE!!!

HOPEFULLY THIS REVIEW WILL MAKE A CONSULTANT CALL ME OR REPLY TO MY REVIEW, IF NOT ... I'LL TAKE THIS FURTHER !!!!
