Choose a different provider

If I could give 0 stars I would. Just read the comments to any of their posts and you will see how awful this company is. Their chatbot does not respond. Ask yourself, if they can't get a chatbot to work at even a basic level, how will they provide you with reliable internet? Choose another provider.
