CHEATED BY WEBAFRICA

I am being cheated by Webafrica, my service is suspended again, I had asked why my service was suspended in July and was not answered, I then cancelled my service and activated a new line and was promised 1 free month yet I was billed twice on 20/07/2021 and I only have 1 line, I was promised that the managers will contact me on 23/07/2021 but no one contacted me and i am now suspended again.
