Can you stop *****ing my money and debit the correct amount. Since March 2022 I have been asked to be down graded to a R399.00 packadge and a lot of times it was confirmed that my request has been action. I don't see the benefits for paying R529.00. It is so unfortunate that on my side I have lost all the communication with your agents. I hope when you view my profile the will be an audit trail for my requests. Please I need to spend the difference on my kids. I have been cheated it is enough.
