Charging me without delivering services

Upgraded my speed, Webafrica charged me and yet I am not getting the speeds I am paying for. Been over a month and still not resolved.

Hi A C, we understand how frustrating this has been,  especially after upgrading your speed, being billed accordingly, and still not receiving the performance you’re paying for over the past month. That’s not the experience you should be having. Your query is currently in progress with our faults team, who are actively investigating the cause of the speed issue. These cases can sometimes require deeper line and network checks to pinpoint exactly where the degradation is happening, but please be assured that this is being worked on with priority. In the meantime, if you haven’t already, a quick restart of your router and running a wired speed test (using a LAN cable) can help confirm whether the issue is consistent across your line or related to WiFi performance,  this can also support the ongoing investigation. We’ll continue to see this through with you and ensure you’re updated as soon as there’s progress toward restoring the speeds you should be receiving. Warm regards,
Webafrica Crew
