Charging for services I dont have after only showing interest on web site

<p>I currently have an existing fibre provider and decided to look at other options. I have decided to maybe move all my stuff over to web africa as there site show so much praise. I visited the site and filled in forms to indicate that im interested in there service. moments later i receive mails and invoices from them without even receiving any routers signing any contracts. The next day i receive another invoice and within 2 days im holded accountable for 2 month of service i did not touch or not asked for. I have send them mails. loged support ticket on there site and after days have received no response. Im trying to phone them and no one answers the phone. I have tried all to rectify this issue but not getting anywhere. Be carefull to touch anything on there site as very soon you will be billed for stuff you never asked for or activated...</p>
