Charging for domain renewal after cancelling account in 2013
<p>I have made a ticket about this on Webafrica. seems my account is still active.. This was days ago and nobody have rep****. This morning I received a text message from the bank that the money wants to be subtracted from my account. There isnt enough money in the bank this time of the month so now I have payed some additional banking fees. Web Africa needs to pay those fees back to me because there some idiot there that didnt close my account properly. I had a domain that renewed every year.. That was 2013... Why charge me now for something I have cancelled way back then?</p> <p>Iv this isnt resolved, Im going to the papers with this.</p>
