Charges you for a higher package but downgrades you with out you knowing and still charge you the hight rates.

Again my line speed was downgraded with out my knowledge but I'm being billed for a 1000/250 line and again it was only on 200/200, chatted on the whatsapp chat and got it sorted out again. Asked for refund, got transferred from pillar to post to get my credit as I've paid for 1000/250 but only getting 200/200... i get a simple reply : "*Refilwe L.*: let me scalate your matter to department i don't have any answer for that but what i know you wont be refund for that"
