Charge for a service I won't receive

I cancelled my Vuma Reach service with Webafrica for end of September but I got charged R399 which is for October when I won't have a service in October. I gave 30 days notice. I tried to speak to someone on WhatsApp by the name of Mbali she said she cannot help me because where she escalated my issue they said the service will be terminated end of October, even when I was showing her proof that the service will be terminated before that.

Mbali and whoever she was escalating to are both ***********, I shared with Mbali all the details to show them that I will not have service in October so I should not be charged for October, also to show that I gave my 30 days notice so I should not be charged, but no sorry we cannot help you bye bye. I will not do business with an organization that has employees that don't use information at their disposal, I will rather try somewhere else.
