Change of Ownership WebAfrica Service

I cancelled my service with WebAfrica 2 months ago. They said I should rather move my service to my tenant. Change of ownership was sent but no response from customer service.

I relocated to another country and the debit order is still going off my account. I refuse to pay.

I urgently need a response.
