This is probably the worst company I have ever decided to get a service from. Their customer service is not competent and they just took my money and not provide me with a service. Im a new customer and I paid the amount, received confirmation that installation will be between 5 to 7 days, its 3 weeks later, Ive been told that the service is active, I have no router but I somehow have to connect. Im so frustrated and I feel ****med. I am struggling to get my money back.
