CEO MAKES EMPTY PROMISES

So i have had nothing but disgusting service from this SP since the date i paid it, it took over a month for them just to install... and have had nothing but problems since, I eventually after 1million calls and e-mails the CEO(Sean Norse) calls me to apologias and gets the issue resolved and advises me that he will cover my nxt two months yet they still deducted and now no1 seems to know what i'm talking about no response from anyone no calls get answered no feedback NOTHING.
