Caveat emptor

I am not altogether sure what sustains Webafrica, given the sheer volume of complaints and dissatisfied customers. I would assume it is the frequent release of new, superficially attractive products aimed at drawing in new customers, thus lending credence to the old adage, 'there's a sucker born every minute. However don't take my word for it look at the following. https://www.complaintsboard.com/web-africa-networks-b126292/page/6 https://businesstech.co.za/news/internet/625774/the-best-and-worst-internet-providers-in-south-africa-according-to-customers/ https://www.hellopeter.com/webafrica

In conclusion, I want to share my experience, including reference to my fault case (#260245). For several weeks, I have been dealing with a complete service shutdown. This situation has left me at my wits' end, and I suspect that one reason Webafrica manages to retain clients—at least partially—is the difficulty and expense involved in switching providers. This transition is often compounded by the risk of losing internet access entirely during the change.
