Can't release hold on Vumatel line

Why is it so difficult for Afrihost to get you to release a hold on my Fibre line! Afrihost have been amazing trying all to get it sorted but WebAfrica and Vumatel, 2 weeks after previous tenant left still cannot lift the hold on this Fibre line so that Afrihost can go about their business being the absolute stars they are!!! Between you and Vumatel, this is an absolute nightmare. Previous tenant confirmed how awful it is dealing with WebAfrica

Two days later and the totally useless Vumatel and Webafrica team still cannot handle a simple migration of an outgoing client and new client moving in.

It is costing me an absolute fortune in Data costs to run a smart home while we wait for this absolute disgusting display of sheer laziness to take its toll...

Vumatel and WebAfrica - I hope you are reimbursing my data costs when you finally figure out how to do your jobs!!!
