Can’t get any answers

Ya no webafrica. Leave this. Setup a profile on Friday. Agent told me my account would be debited as soon as router is delivered to me. Yesterday (Monday) my account gets debited. No router. I can’t get any reply on the whatsapp line. 19 messages of them saying it’s taking longer than usual. But when I contacted them to set it up they rep**** immediately. I have hardly had a relationship with you guys and already I can’t get ahold of you
