Can't get a statement.

They are no longer emailing statements. But when we login to a profile and ask for a statement, the bot says it will email you the statement. We go into the email and the email says they no longer e-mailing statements and they give you link called customer zone, where we have to request that our statements are emailed to us. And so this goes on and on.
