Can’t even afford a landline

I’m tired of companies that think it’s ok for us to speak to bots, I pay you enough money with I’m pretty loads more clients and yet I have to troubleshoot with a freaking bot first. So now my internet is down can’t phone nothing, like what is this CEO doing??? I want to speak to people and resolve my issues. Worst and pathetic company ever walked this planet earth as who ever makes the decisions for this company is smoking something. Thanks for nothing.
