Can't cancel service

Is your useless bot system, which has countless complaints, the only way to do business with Webafrica? I'm trying to give notice to cancel my service and it's impossible to get anyone to say more than I will transfer you on the whatsapp bot system! What happened to emails and standard methods of communication?
