Cannot get to speak to anyone

I am trying my hardest to get help from webafrica. I received a sms last night(on a Sunday) that '' debit order on credit card has failed'' please make payment to avoid service suspension. I phoned my bank and no attempt has been made to get their money. I would like if somebody in their accounts dept could phone me. It is impossible to get help.
