Cannot get fax2email working
I used to be with Cozahost (brilliant service) who moved their clients to WebAfrica (not so brilliant). <br> <br> On 10 June 2015, I submitted a support request to get my fax2email working. I never had any problems at Cozahost and had full control over the fax2email configuration. Now with WebAfrica I have to log a support request to get any assistance. And then that support desk seems to be unable to get my fax2email (and email2fax) working. Since 10 June, I still cannot get this working (today being 7 July). WebAfrica keeps wanting to close the support ticket without resolving the issue! Come on guys, I'm paying for a service that is NOT WORKING. <br> <br> Please assist!
