Cannot get assistance on WhatsApp

This has been literally the most frustrating service I've ever received in general. One moment I'm talking to an agent on WhatsApp after waiting for at least 40 minutes, within 5 minutes I'm dropped. It's been a week where I'm just trying to get to a resolution, if I could have one agent's attention and they can help me with my query, that is not a difficult ask. Calling the call center is pointless because no one answers. I've paid for a service I am not using and not one person can actually help me or send someone out to come and sort out my internet. It's one transfer to the next then the bot ends chat because it's taking too long. Guys this is not on!
