Cannot connect for 2months

Webafrica is one frustrating Isp, I logged a complaint and they did not bother to contact me instead they debited my account yesterday yet they fail to resolve my issue for 2months now

Yesterday and today I reached out to the chat support team and they could not assist as usual they told me the matter is being escalated again *** I don't know what to do anymore, Webafrica is the worst Isp
