Cannot change debit order date

Why is it so difficult to get a general support e-mail address or a phone number for your billing department. I turned to the Whatsapp chat and was a big mistake. A consultant named Kutloano D is poor at communication and it's wastes our time when you don't give a direct answer to a simple question.

Here's my request that I was told can't be done. Your debit mandate policy at this link: https://knowledge.webafrica.co.za/index.php/knowledge-base/debit-mandate-form/, simply says debits orders go off from 27th to 01 of the next month. I asked for my debit order to be changed to the 27th. I was just told it cannot be changed. Why can't it be amended? Update your policy please!!!
