Cannot cancel Web Africa Services

I have been trying to cancel my Web Africa account via their non-existing WhatsApp customer care service. I get the following messages on WhatsApp:

"Web Africa: you are being transferred to an agent, please wait while I connect you... Web Africa: I'm sorry its taking longer than usual to connect you to an agent. I'll keep trying..."

I have been stuck in this transfer loop for 6 hours. we can't even leave your mampara service as you are keeping your frustrated clients hostage. Remove your WhatsApp service as there is no service, to begin with. Will not recommend your horrible service to anyone. Mamparras!
