cannot cancel service at WEBAFRICA

I have been trying to cancel my service and can only do so through a WhatsApp bot called Willie-the-bot. why the bot has name is beyond me and why that is a male name is also mysterious. But I digress.

I have been trying for 2 days to cancel a service and it is not entirely certain to me whether I am getting anywhere. There were some 'pending' services on my account that has disappeared, but the 'active' service doggedly remains.

So, now I wonder. is WEBAFRICA unwilling or unable to cancel my service? As a consumer I cannot then say anything positive about a company I had no problems until 2 days ago. But then a cursory search in this platform does not seem to make any impact on WEBAFRICA at all.

I shall make a Facebook as well as google review too..
